My remote start would not work after installing new batteries. On the coldest winter day and a foot of snow I was so upset .. I stopped at Custom Audio close to my house and was met by Sondralee with a big smile and welcome!! Without having to make an appointment she began to help me and with her amazing electronic experience she got the remote working!! I was amazed and beyond happy!! No Charge!!! A gift is on the way !
