Very unprofessional treats his customers an employees very bad. Very selfish
We’ve used Custom twice and they did a great job every time.
Highly recommend. My driveway sloped towards the garage. Custom Asphalt Paving was able to re-grade the driveway so that water flows away from the structure as well as dealing with runoff from a neighbor's property and the street. Within a day of calling John, I had an estimate and a detailed description of how the work would be done. A crew of five came out with John supervising the job from start to finish to ensure it was done the way we agreed to.
My driveway was in serious need of work! It "settled" in several spots from years of use, creating a terrible uneven surface. I called Custom Paving to inquire if they would be willing to send someone out to take a look at it, and let me know what needed be done. John Cooper, who owns Custom Paving called me back and came out to look at it. He explained to me in great detail what he could do. Just this morning John and his crew managed to dig out and install my driveway in just 4 hours. They didn't rush but their competence and attention to detail were impressive. John delivered everything he promised and recommended, and during our final walkthrough he wanted to make sure I was entirely satisfied. I would safely recommend Custom Paving of West Peabody to anyone.
