Came in after an accident for an alignment check and brake inspection. Staff was professional, communication was good, and turnaround time was reasonable. The waiting area could use some attention and I would have appreciated a bit more detail on future maintenance items, but overall it was a positive experience and I’d return if needed.

These Guys are Craftsmen - My 2018 Ram 3500 Cummins 6.7 Proves It. I brought my truck in on March 19th for a Hunter Road Force balance and tire rotation. After several bad alignment experiences at other shops, Custom Alignment finally fixed my 2017 Tesla Model X correctly. They properly diagnosed and corrected the alignment, and after their work my car drove straight again and my Full Self-Driving behavior returned to normal. They were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly understood how to handle a vehicle that other shops failed to align properly. I really appreciate the quality of their work and the time they took to do it right. Highly recommended.

I took my 2005 GMC sierra 2500 to custom alignment for what I believed to be an alignment need. They were able to get me in on a Monday morning, shortly after I called. After test driving it and a diagnostic check, my primary issue was my front brakes, while my truck was there I also had it aligned. Alan and his team gave me a thorough assessment, a timely and reasonable repair rate and had impeccable communication along the way. I will definitely be using them again. Tim Sartwell
