The senior technician that came to my house today was extremely professional. Answering all of our questions. Also, giving tips for common problems. I truly believe the service that I receive , was one of the best experience I ever had with HVAC repairs. I would recommend this company to everybody.
I rent my home and my landlord uses Custom Aire for all of his properties. They have always responded immediately to any problem that has arisin since I have lived here. They are very responsive , polite and knowledgeable. I had a problem last night at 10 pm and they called me this morning at 9 am and were here within 30 minutes.
