BEWARE. If I could give a 0 I would. The owner Maggie is extrememly condescending to older people and a nasty piece of work. They orginally installed my A/C system. The air return duct was not properly secured and fell off. She charged me an additional $89 service fee to send someone out and now refuses to honor the work and wants to charge an additional $1800 to repair.
