Beware! Unfortunately, Matt didn't provide me with everything required for the MassSave rebate. I was shocked and frustrated that he never responded to my last few emails about it, and I lost out on applying for the $2500 rebate. I'm very upset and disappointed. Since he is on the MassSave Heat Pump Installer Contractor list, I expected he would know exactly what I needed to purchase/install, and it would have been included in the original work estimate. Matt was amazing to work with! He installed my mini-split system in May. He was responsive, organized and thoughtful. Matt provided great ideas I hadn't considered for installation. He was friendly and efficient. The system has worked great this summer and I look forward to seeing how it improves my heating bill this winter.
My installation experience was positive but when a problem developed shortly thereafter and the unit leaked all over the living room, Matt failed to respond to many, many calls to come and repair the unit. Finally I gave up. Very disappointing.
From the original time Matt came to quote, to the final installation I was just really impressed with his kindness, professionalism and the quality of work. He was flexible with my schedule and even able to come a few days early. I did the Mass Save Heat Pump whole home replacement and I am just thrilled with everything.
Matt came out and fixed my AC , he was responsive and trustworthy throughout the entire process. I will be sure to call him again in the future
