Avoid. Find someone else. Thieves... plain and simple. Avoid Custom Air Systems. The "tech" they sent out did everything he could to sell me a new system and never tried to find a Freon leak yet called the inside coil bad. Weird thing... he never went in the attic to check. Not to worry, we found an honest tech who didn't show up with a new system already loaded in the back of his truck.
The folks at Custom Air are wonderful down to earth people. after obtaining several bids for a complete replacement A/C system, I decided to go with Custom Air. First and foremost, they had exact if not comparable systems that i was looking at near or below cost of other companies. But they saved me thousands of dollars by pointing out that the systems i was looking at included some "hi Tech" frills that really were not necessary. these options such as remote diagnostics and the such worked great but why pay thousands extra ... read more
Purchased 2 units w/extended warranties. I have yet at 45+ days received my warranties and office help acknowledges there's a sticky note on my file to order them but nothing has been done. Also have issues that are yet to be resolved. They will not return my calls. I have referred other but regret that decision. If you order warranties hold back that portion till you have certificates in your hand!!! Will update when problems are resolved.
