I called Custom Air Specialist because my plumber ruled out that there is no pipe leak but water accumulating in the HVAC drain system so something must have been clogged. They came the next day and sent the best person for the job, Adam Nuvell. He was very professional, efficient, and excellent at his job. Very impressed with this company and the service they provided! My husband spoke with Todd and he got somebody out that day. Nicholas came out to the house to figure out why my Air Conditioning was not running. On his first visit, it presented one way and he fixed some connection issues etc outside and everything was running he waited 20 minutes and then he left.He told us that if for any reason it happens again to let him know.
