I have been a customer with Custom Air for about 15 years and even purchased two new units in 2019 for my house (very expensive), and due to COVID, we just didn't renew last year since no one could make house calls and when I called to start my service up, they said they would not add a contract on to do my bi-yearly visit but instead I had to pay a service charge for them to come out and then they would give me a contract!
