I have no hesitation in recommending Custom Air Conditioning. We have been customers since 1996 when they installed a ducted system in our home and a split system in a rumpus room. Service checks took place annually and systems required no additional maintenance. In 2024, following the annual service, the split system was replaced (beyond reasonable repair after 28 years) and two return air ducts in the ducted system replaced. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Treated my elderly mother appallingly - telling her she was a difficult customer and that she didn’t understand things when they wouldn’t explain clearly to her. Another company called to do the cleaning job this company didn’t complete have said incorrect parts have been used when they put the unit into my elderly parents home. Of course no longer under warranty when this has been discovered.

Can't speak highly enough of Custom Air - Came home from Christmas holidays and the ducted A/C failed after the first night. Not expecting any service availability, rang to book in a future appointment but since he was in the area, Steve dropped by late in the day to check the fault. Repairs finished in a little over an hour, AC back online for a hot week. Expected to wait a week or so for service, but resolved same day. Awesome service!
