I called Jeremy Reid on Monday, May 18, 2026. My call was returned very promptly. I explained the problems with the Air Conditioner. Jeremy told me he could come and look at the unit that afternoon. He came exactly on time. checked the thermostat and then checked the outside unit. He found the problem and fixed a frayed wire while he was checking. The problem was the Capacitor.
