Update: Company texted me next morning and apologized saying they didn't have good cell service where they were yesterday. Made an appt for Wednesday, said they'd come out at 4-5pm. Ended up not coming due to a prior project running late. Told me they'll need to reschedule for tomorrow. No problem, I can understand that.
