Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly friendly, honest, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never pressured me into anything, and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. The work was done quickly and correctly, and I felt completely confident that my car was in good hands. It’s rare to find a shop you can genuinely trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Five stars all around!

The best body shop in Chicagoland!! You can trust that they will take great care of you and your vehicle no matter what shape it is in and they will stand behind their work as I had a problem and they quickly resolved it after I brought it to their attention. I walked in today as a customer looking for an estimate for body work. I stood in the office for about 8 minutes until some guy told me he’d be right with, I said sure no problem. After another 10 minutes another guy walks in and the guy that told me he’d be right with me comes from around the wall and says he has to help the second guy first! I turned around and left, thanks for wasting 20 minutes of my time! I’ll NEVER do any business with this place! Poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!
