I'm only giving a 2 star because the t shirts came out how I imagined it to be. The customer service with this company is horrible. I called mid-afternoon to inquire about 5 t shirts. The young lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. She was rude and very curt. I had to literally pull out the response from her. Her response to me were one word responses. Found this place from another print shop. I'm glad I made it in before they were closing. I asked if they did same day embroidery they asked what I needed I showed them. I tell you I was so grateful that they said YES! The wait was not long and they took care of it. Very professional and price is reasonable.
