It is the worst shop ever. I advise you not to leave your car with them because you will end up waiting forever. They do not know when your car will be fixed. They do not answer the phone it’s been three months for minor accident when it’s supposed to be done in two weeks or three. they keep you without answers they not professional at all

I have been working with Tania for a long time when she worked at another repair shop. Her customer service and communication are exceptional, which is why I followed her here. I must say, the owner here is the nicest gentleman and the rest of the staff is super friendly. Ray and Jesus worked with me knowing that I had a budget and wanted to pay cash. I have been working with Lisa for a long time when she worked at another repair shop. Her customer service and communication are exceptional, which is why I followed her here. My truck has been in the shop now about 2-3 weeks and they still haven't even begun to work on the repairs!! insurance has approved the work! I'm really disappointed in this repair shop! they avoid answering the phones.
