The best team and service
Shady, dishonest, and slow to do the work. This shop has jerked me around for 3 MONTHS. I dropped my car off around mid-May 2025. Today is July 28th, the shop has already cashed out on enough money to equal HALF the value of my car, and my vehicle is STILL sitting outside in a waiting lot, paint chipping from the sun. They also asked me to do some shady things and to not mention it to the rental fleet or my insurance. Avoid this shop AT ALL COSTS. Custom 1 Auto is great. Excellent work, Honest service, Transparent communication especially regarding repairs and insurance. They explained the repair process and how they handle updates and communication during the repair. I was kept updated every couple days. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team for the outstanding service they provided. My mom was able to get her car repaired without any issues. From the first call, the bilingual receptionist made a huge difference, ensuring my mom fully understood everything related to the repair process. They even provided a loaner vehicle while hers was in the shop—something that not every place offers. I highly recommend their services! After 28 days in the shop, we picked up her car last Friday, and everything was perfect.-
