My son's car has been here for over three months for a minor repair, and the Manager, Jesus, refuses to let us take a look at the vehicle. They have been giving us all kinds of okay excuses for why the car is not ready. Every time we call, they send us a voicemail. They don't answer, and every week, they say the vehicle will be ready, and it still is not. We will proceed legally if the car is not delivered this week.
So impressed on how fast and efficient this place is! I recommend it 100% and the staff was also amazing!
The best team and service
Shady, dishonest, and slow to do the work. This shop has jerked me around for 3 MONTHS. I dropped my car off around mid-May 2025. Today is July 28th, the shop has already cashed out on enough money to equal HALF the value of my car, and my vehicle is STILL sitting outside in a waiting lot, paint chipping from the sun. They also asked me to do some shady things and to not mention it to the rental fleet or my insurance. Avoid this shop AT ALL COSTS. Custom 1 Auto is great. Excellent work, Honest service, Transparent communication especially regarding repairs and insurance. They explained the repair process and how they handle updates and communication during the repair. I was kept updated every couple days.
