Dr.Tam provides awesome dental care! As a new patient to this practice, I was impressed with the excellent service and friendly attitudes from both dentists and all staff! I received a thorough explanation of my treatment plans so I could make informed decisions. Reasonable prices for full service dental office. Efficient, clean and comfortable atmosphere! See you in 6 months for my cleaning!
Through a recommendation, Dr. John Thanh Chiem DDS placed an implant crown for me. He is knowledgeable, positive, and eager to answer my questions. The front office support, Leslie, was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. An extra bonus is that they accept Medicare Insurance ! I highly recommend Custerpoint Family Dental services.
Dr. Chiem was extremely kind and clear in discussing options for a problem I was having with a tooth. We landed on having a root canal done, and it was the least painful/stressful dental experience I've ever had (and I always have anxiety leading up to dental visits). He and the Custerpoint Dental team even stayed late on a Friday to ensure I could have the root canal done during that visit. I could not recommend them more highly!
Absolutely wonderful experience at Custerpoint Family Dental. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and both dentists are caring and gentle. Would highly recommend.
