We normally would use ace for our company. Which is a painting business. Nope they not only messed up a complete order that was to be tinted. Instead of telling me they couldn't find a code.. they insisted it was right. And made me think it was right. I knew when the manager was called to help tint. I should have checked it before leaving and before paying for it. All 5 gals were not right. They only refunded for 4. I will never ever step back into the store. Went in with a picture of what I needed. Asked Walter for assistance in finding it. He pointed across the store to where it was. I, of course, followed his directions but could not find what I needed. Approached Walter again to ask for assistance finding it, he rolled his eyes and huffed off to show me. Such sad service. What a change! Used to be able to go in and get cheerful help and personalized assistance. Definitely not the "helpful place" anymore!! Very friendly staff and lots of items stocked.
Bring your piggy bank. Very expensive. But your in middle of nowhere.
