Called and spoke with Nate who was professional and very helpful. When we arrived he came to the front and guided us to the product, which we purchased all of their well stocked shelf.
An assistant helped me with a Sthil chainsaw bar, now only to discover it's 1" longer, than I Asked for. They have my purchase on record & now state I waited too long from purchase date to work with me. Just never had the need till now, to open it & use it. The print out on cover saying 25" is extreemly small but still in it's new packaging & never used. I was told by manager, "I must have asked", for a 25" not a standard 24". Guess maybe, if I had paid cash & not given my rewards card she would have been more responsible of... read more
They are in the process of moving from a previous location to this new location so there were a lot of stuff in the aisles. Even with that the associates were willing to help has I actually did need help locating something due to it being behind another product that was being unloaded from the truck once they get done it looks like the store is going to be outstanding
Good old fashion service! I love stores like this, and it did not disappoint. Friendly staff and went out of their way to help me.
