I give Sabrina at Cusick a five star rating and would give her 10 or more if possible. She helped me with a complicated and time consuming situation with professionalism, patience and kindness. She met anyone’s expectations above and beyond the call of duty. Cusick is lucky and privileged to have her! She is a jewel, the BEST.
Good company Our community recently switched to Cusick and can't be happier. They are quick to respond and management is very nice there.

Hello is anyone home?? Would be nice if they answered their phone. When they want somthing they harass you. When you need somthing they can't be found.
Great company! I'm surprised at the negative reviews. (I wonder if it's the competition trying to bash them). I've had nothing but excellent communication with them. My phone calls are always returned in a timely manner and they do their best to help homeowners.
Cusick Community Management is Awful We have them as our HOA. They are not great. They always complain about the petty little things. They will not contact you in a timely matter when you contact them about a problem. To me all they want is the money. They are awful. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Horrible Company I despise this management company. We live in one of the neighborhoods they manage. Their monthly fees are outrageous! We live in a small condo and pay $200 a month in HOA fees. When we moved in 3 years ago the fee was $180, and it has gone up every year. We have a 2' x 2' section of grass outside our house for someone to mow, so most of the fee isn't going to landscaping. A completely reputable and caring company As president of an HOA that contracts with Cusick Community Management I can honestly say that their service has been exceptional. Unfortunately, most people do not understand the relationships between HOA boards and community management companies. Homeowners are often upset with the management company for violation letters for petty items, when in fact the management company is often doing exactly what is requested by the HOA board.
