If I could give a negative star, I would. How our HOA could continue to use this company is beyond me. They are simply incompetent-poor communication, no coordination among their own staff or the HOA Board, and positively toxic attitude toward homeowners. And these people are positively allergic to using the phone. Why call to quickly sort out an issue when you can ignore email for weeks? We agree with others about the miserable quality of this Company. They are more interested in protecting the interest of the builder and ignore all the difficulties of the Owners. They provided inexperienced staff who doesn't know how to handle a critical issue posing threat to life and property of the Owners. It is necessary to think of a change in HOA Company although only a few months have passed since the start.

This is one of the worst HOA companies operating in Charlotte. They are unreachable over phone. Even if you go in person someone meets you at the reception desk notes down your complaint and they never call you back. They recruit employees without proper background check. They should be kept at a safe distance, all the positive reviews are fake. Don't trust them.

This the worst HOA. There are criminal allegations against two of their employees , one arrested and one still in charge as Vice President. They send violation notices with abandon without proper application of mind. All they care is for fines so that they can make for the huge money they lost to criminals within their organization. All States where they operate should withdraw their license or permission to operate their business.

This is one of the worst and useless company. The customer service is very rude. They are non-responsive to homeowners. They are charging without proper communication and top of that they are charging interest for late fee too. Beware of this company and better don't go with them.

We set up an engagement party at the Marvin Creek amenities center through Cusick. There are 90 people set to attend, with some coming from out of town. Today, two days before the event, we were told the center was double booked and we are out of luck. The person making the communication could not care less, according to her attitude. This is really poor and unacceptable.
