Absolutely astounded in the business practices of this company. They screen applications in a multi-part process and don't tell the applicants that their administrative fee is non-refundable once they have only income approved you - mind you they haven't even completed a criminal background check - which could still cause a denial. They con elderly people into this by telling them the administrative fee is refundable prior to move in however that is not the case. The corporate office is absolutely no help.
