This company has deceiving and shady methods. Be very careful if you deal with them as they make an offer per acre then try to change it saying they didn’t realize it was that amount of acres even though they clearly sent the plotted out requested lot detailing the acreage. A professional agent would not make this type of error accidentally. This makes me question if this is their regular business practice to take advantage of regular people in attempt to acquire their land.
