Very disappointing experience with Cushman & Wakefield’s project management team. Communication was poor with long periods of little accountability when issues arose. Despite months of limited communication, I was ultimately hit with significant cost increases that should have been identified and communicated much earlier. I wish to give them 0 star. This management company is ridiculous. They charge an Arm and Leg for a project where local companies charge more than half of the price they charge. I hate to say that lady name nikkie pecor is the rudest lady to communicate with. So unfortunate to work with this company.
