The property, apartment, grounds, and most importantly, the on-site management and maintenance staff at one of Cushman and Wakefields properties are great. Friendly and professional. What is hard to understand is why Cushman-Wakefield (the overall property management entity) refuses to perform valid maintenance issues, such as a broken dishwasher. Big bucks, I assume.
