Floor was extremely muddy. Wax dispenser was empty when I tried to use it. The young lady at laundry called attendant and asked him if she could reimburse me for the $3.50 I spent on wax, he refused then told me that was impossible because it was a different business. Yet it is plain to see by their name that they are associated. He pretended that he was out of town and he could not help me. I could not believe that this kind of business would risk a negative rating for $3.50 I paid and they had not earned.
