Paid in full in September for custom chair covers, never called me to drop off chairs until after I canceled nearly 3 months later because the work hadn’t started as promised. Picked up my personal fabric, won’t refund my money, no chair covers. Mike Moss will not return my calls. It’s February and still trying to get 1430+ dollars back that they refuse to refund and I have no product. See YELP for other complaints people have reported. I do NOT recommend this company. The customer service was TERRIBLE. It took over 2 months to get my item completed. When I inquired on how long it was taking, I was given a VERBAL LASHING from an employee named Judy. Find another place to spend your hard earned money. This place does NOT deserve your patronage.
RecommendedYou get what you pay for! 13 years ago I went to Cushion World to buy cushions for my loveseat. When it was time for new ones, I went back to Cushion World to finally replace them. My new cushions are amazing!!! Thank you! The dog likes them too!!
We were very pleased with Cushion World! We ordered new fabric for existing patio deck furniture. Wonderful employees, very personable and helpful in finding the fabric/design we were looking for replacements. I would definitely recommend.
We hated our sofa cushions. Over several years, the feathers inside had compacted to an uncomfortable pancake. Cushion World helped us pick the correct density of foam and did a beautiful job. I recommend their work.
