Ordered two cushion covers for $800, and they literally disintegrated the first time we washed them. (No laundry instruction tag anywhere--you have to dig around on the website--a lot--to find care instructions, and when you find them you realize that these items are much much more delicate than any other linen items you've ever washed before in your life, mainly because there's no selvage.) I PUT A ORDER MORE THAN A MONTH AGO AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED TRACKING NUMBER. I'VE TRIED CALLING AND SPEAKING TO A MANAGER AND ALL I GET IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM CUSHION SOURCE NOR WILL I REFER ANYONE HERE!
