Wow—what an experience! Called to have an oil cooler installed on my bike. Was told to buy the part and they would do it. So I brought my bike in for a simple part install, and after a short 1.5 hours of “labor,” I got the pleasure of being told the part doesn’t fit and he’s not going to do the job. No fix, no alternatives—just a $160.00 bill! I guess diagnosing that something doesn’t work is really hard these days.
