Misinterpreted the results of a depth perception test required for my job which was conducted by an optometrist. He told me that I failed for depth perception, I test which I have passed every year for the last 10. This resulted in me spending 24 hours and a sleepless night thinking my career was over. Then, instead of calling himself to apologize, he had a secretary call and tell me that Dr. Cushing was not to blame for the mistake, but the optometrist who conducted the test. Unbelievable!
