Lived here for 2 years. The most traumatizing apartment rental experience I've ever had. So many roaches, was told if they had to call another exterminator for the 5th time then I would be responsible for payment. People were shooting and fighting outside of my door on multiple occasions. Many hit and run incidents too. Unlawfully increased my rent by almost $200 and shorted me on my security deposit refund by more than $200. Sued them in court.. they settled. Would not recommend.

I’m in the business section of these apartments. The maintenance is horrible you can’t get anyone on the phone my power went out and for two days nobody gave me a call back, on top of that I didn’t have heat . My windows were cracked and broken so snow came in them , everytime you call to speak to someone you get this automated message. What am I paying rent for if I can’t even get basic necessities. You not having power isn’t considered an emergency even though it’s 28 degrees outside. These need to be shut down asap
