I was with Ivy Rehab for quite a while last year. These guys are genuinely the best of the best. Very authentic providers who really care. They are super knowledgeable in their work and very forth coming with explanations. The vibes are good in there. You can tell their work culture is really positive and they have great relationships with their clients. Jerry at the front desk is ON it with all the admin work and lovely to speak to. Ivy rehab is an excellent facility. All exercises are helpful. The dry needling really made a difference in my progress. I am also glad to have home exercises included.
So warm and professional and felt a difference right away with less pain in my neck.
Very personable and engaged therapist. She went through the process very thoroughly , thoughtfully and gently. I came away feeling much more relaxed and “normal “ than when I arrived.
