This is an amazing place to workout. The fitness instructors, Tamasia and Chi, are firm yet very encouraging. Tamasia does an excellent job engaging her tribe through social media, emails and text daily. The studio is also beautiful and clean. If you are an early riser or a late bird there are plenty of available times work out. No excuses!
It’s times when I get off work and feel really exhausted, which it’s something we all go through. But I keep the the affirmation in my head and go. Soon as I walk through the fitness studio doors, I have a new flow of energy ready to work for me, not my job, not for people I have to deal with on a daily bases but for me. And I feel really great at the end . Thank you Curvylista Fitness

Wow what i can i say about Tamasia and her program. If your serious about changing your lifestyle and want to get in shape this is the place to go. She welcomes all fitness levels and give modified exercises for the newbies and injured. And her scheduled classes will accommodate all. Since i started i feel stronger. She also offer detailed diets to go along with your fitness journey. And if thats not enough she also offer words of encouragement to keep you going. Im glad i found her and will continue to support her.
