The selection of clothes is good. However the process for consigning clothes is horrible! It’s hard to consider a business professional when you don’t exchange paperwork of some sort (even an email) to confirm the initial transaction. I was “told” my number after only 7 items of 20 were selected and 0/15 shoes. After no communication for about 45 days I called to check status. My wife found this place in search of a Cato's replacement. We stopped in together to check it out. We found the store to be super cute! It was very well organized, prices were much lower than we expected, and the owner was very personable and a joy to chat with. We'll definitely be back to fill out that punch card!
We were in with several unused items, and the young clerk was so awfully rude, I never had treatment like this from your staff .
