Stopped in one morning this past Summer and loved the staff, other clients, atmosphere and energy. The Curves program and design is exactly what I was looking for: a cheerful, energetic place to workout without all of the pressures and uncomfortable situations in typical gyms. Also like that the staff are trained to help with personal fitness goals and with proper use of equipment. Just a win-win all the way around!
