Receptionist was very rude and didn't have any sense to talk. I went there to ask about Gym pricing for my wife and as soon as I entered she start shouting at me like i have done something really wrong. I was shocked that what happened. She start shouting you can't enter there it's ladies Gym, go out now!! I felt so insulted. If it's the case you should write down that man can't even enter at all or make your reception separate from Gym. Staff are very helpful and friendly, I am not a gym junky and was very nervous about working-out in a gym.The staff there made me feel at ease but also accountable for my fitness and weight loss journey.I have always struggled keeping on track and need someone to watch over me the staff there do that, you are not only a number to them. I highly recommend it for anyone who needs motivation. Thank you to all the wonderful staff there at Dandenong North you have changed my life.
