I've been going to Curves in Elgin for almost 4 months now. It's the first exercise routine I have ever stuck with. You work in a circuit and rotate machines every 30 seconds so it doesn't get boring. The other women that go there are very nice and the coaches and owner are great! It's just a very pleasant experience to go there (three times per week).
I have been going to Curves since 2005. I have found, as with any thing, you get out, what you put in. I love the Curves Coaches and the many friends I have made. I have lost weight and become stronger. I love ❤ my Curves.
Great small place to work out. The ladies & coaches are very supportive and encouraging. Have a variety of specialty classes you can participate in to switch things up.
