I have been a member of Curves since 2003; it is the best exercise/keep fit program around. When attending on a regular basis, 3 workouts per week, I feel healthy, keep of the extra poundage, stay positive and quite honestly maintain a much better outlook on life. Kerri at the Milpitas studio is great and goes out of her way to make sure you are getting the most out of your workouts, the studio is small but extremely well laid out utilizing the space to the utmost.
