The lady with a purple hat was rude as hell, I ask her to take a round shape with my brows she doesn’t no that, I showed her a picture and she got angry I don’t know for what.. and she peeled my skin on purpose even after informing she is doing it.. she did it on purpose.. I have always loved how my eyebrows come out when I get them done here but today I made the 1 hr & a half drive to come get my eyebrows done here but was highly disappointed! I waited about 40-45 mins. One of my eyebrows is thinner than the other & it looks like it was not waxed. I wasn’t given a mirror when I was done to check my eyebrows so I assumed the looked fine since they always do when I come here. The lady was very nice that I even left a tip but I’m disappointed on how my eyebrows came out….
