Been at this Curves gym since 2015, intermittently between different jobs, marriage, moving house, Life. The instructors are LOVELY and down-to-earth, and so are the other ladies/attendees. The conversation in the group sessions is often a hoot! Never judged here, always encouraged, and I get good solid fitness and heallth results in a cheerful atmosphere.
