Recently joined Curves in Lake Cowichan and it has been fantastic!! The owner is fabulous...SO friendly and helpful! The gym is well kept and clean and the parking is easy. Whether you are looking to just start a fitness program or whether you are already active but looking to switch things up a bit...you can do that at Curves as it is all so customizable to your individual fitness level and needs. Highly recommend!
