I like it cause I can go in when ever I want since I have a key for the front door. But I've been doing the machines for going on 14 years. Since it used to be Curves before it became The Womans Fitness Center. I continune to do the curcuit to help me stay walking easier. And I enjoy it there's to work out by & there are 2 total gyms to use. Plus there's an exercise bike, tread mill & TONING TABLES to use also. There are dvd's with aerobics also.
