I want to give a big shout out to Vicki. She is the owner of the Curves in St. Paul. I discovered Curves a few weeks ago and had never been to one before. She gave me the orientation and she was super welcoming and instructive. It was such a delight to have all my muscle groups activated in the 30 minute rotation with 30 second rests between machines. Every time I get there between 4:50 and 5pm, they are always closed. They don’t stay open until 5:30p like their hours say. :(
