Very Clean, and welcoming. Workout is 30 minutes. Very easy to fit into your daily schedule. Strength training circuit helps build muscle and strength. Great for aging gracefully and keep the bone density and strength needed.
Come for the exercise, stay for the fun !! Success is up to you. Consistency matters. Very clean and great people.
Been a member for years. Women only. Lots of nice gals to work out with. Great exercise videos along with the exercise machines.
This is a very nice club lots of energy and support for the ladies. Always clean and staff very motivating. They inspire me. This my happy place!
