I have returned to Curves after 3 and 1/2 years and I am thoroughly enjoying it. If you were a previous curves member I recommend this location. Great management and lots of fun along with the exercise.

Curves is so much more than a gym for women. It is a sisterhood that offers support in so many ways. I love being a Curves member and being active, and I love being connected to so many women from my community. The management and team at this location are wonderfully supportive, kind, and motivational. We're so lucky to have this location in Sherwood Park.
