I lost 70 lb and 5 dress sizes in the early 2000s using Curves. I stopped going for the last 13 years because there is no location near me anymore. I just joined curves again yesterday. It will be a 30 minute drive each way, but I know it will be worth it. Had a great workout yesterday with Rachel. I'm a little sore this morning but that is okay. I'm going back today. Love my curves in Huntsville TX. I started about 2 years ago. I can do things now I never could before. Like last year I went to Colorado with my kids and actually was able to take ski lessons.
Great place to work out. Excellent staff and friendly atmosphere!!
I love that it's just women. No judgements. Everyone is very supportive. Love the resistance training. I'm not trying to bulk up!
