Started out wanting to lose some weight, get into shape, feel energetic again. Well, I found that and then some. The atmosphere is fun, friendly, uplifting. Autumn and Peggy are supportive coaches and help me along my journey. I love curves in LF. It's great!
Love this place! Great place to lose weight, build muscle, and get healthy. Autumn is a fantastic coach and encourages you ever step of the way. I have met so many great people who are on the same journey.

Curves is awesome! Coaches are always motivating and supporting you no matter what. The environment is so friendly and welcoming by the staff and other ladies that work out there. Love the workouts and look forward to them each week!
