Visiting Cincinnati for several months. Kudos to Curves in West Chester's program -a great way to get stronger with a fast and efficient workout. Owner and coaches always encouraging and informative. Diverse community of women interested in getting and staying fit. Experience has exceeded my expectations! Check it out.
The support and atmosphere of this club makes it easy to stay on my track with weight loss/healthy life goals. I would recommend it to anyone. If you are looking for work out mixed with laughs and smiles this is the place for you.
