Love this workout. Builds stamina and strength. Staff knows each person's name and is very welcoming. Every machine is cleaned throughout the day.
Curves is the perfect workout for women of any age. It is a circuit so there is no need to remember which muscles you worked on yesterday. Just follow the circuit for a full body workout. It is low impact so is gentle on your joints. It works on hydrolics, so the harder you work the more resistance there is. Give it a try!!
