Friendly positive environment. Valery has made lots of changes that have continued to make it a fun place to hang out. It's a workout but it's a club too. Come for the workout and stay for the smiles. Make muscles and make friends.

Since the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed and cared by the coach Dianne V. And the owner Valerie P. They took the time to explain all about Curves and how it works but also brought awareness on how to improve my health. I’ve already lost weight and gained mobility and body strength.
