Awesome people great music good work out
Good place for us big or older girls First, I want to say that this location is spotlessly clean and well maintained! They have contests to win prizes all the time. There are lots of informational posts on the walls so you can read while you are exercising. It is a quick workout but you can make it as long or as short as you need to. The only thing I don't like is the music, it's pop music with a house club beat...but you can always bring your own headphones.
