I desperately needed to make a change in the way I was living (or in my case not living) my life. From the first call, the staff at Curves has been extremely supportive and helpful! I have met three of the staff members at the San Leandro Curves. Each one has been knowledgeable, more than cordial, oriented towards helping clients, and positive about each clients workouts. I would recommend Curves to anyone in need of weightloss, strength training, or overall health and well being!
